It is an all CAPITAL, (money) Fictitious NAME, a creation of the CROWn Corporation, (not the one your parents gave you), CAPITAS DIMINUTIO MAXIMA (Capitis Diminutio Maxima - meaning a maximum loss of status through the use of capitalization,[ e.g. JOHN DOE or DOE JOH]) - The highest or most comprehensive loss of status.) You have merely agreed to BE said fictitious DBA, (doing business as said fictitious entity). BY YOUR USE OF IT. That is how they are able to CLAIM your property and posses it if you do not pay their fees to USE it. If you believe that YOU OWN it... How do you explain the regulation of your own property? How may they TOW it against your will.. then charge you a fee to return it to you?.....does that even make any common sense? Did you read the fine print in the Department of Revenue manual on registration? If so... do you understand the legal definition, (vs common use) of the terms of art used in those definitions? ... ie: Person, Motor Vehicle, Passenger, Traffic, Tranportation etc?
