The NBA Finals got off to a bizarre start Thursday, with the air conditioning system malfunctioning, turning the arena in San Antonio into a sauna as temperatures rose to nearly 90 degrees. By the fourth quarter, four-time MVP LeBron James cramped up so severely that he had to be carried off the court. He has taken a lot of flak because of it, and Gatorade had a couple of snarky responses when people thought it sponsored James.
