The NC House released a budget today and were combing through it. Here are some highlights: Instead of paying for teacher raises with cuts to TAs, the House uses projected revenue increases from the lottery. Raises curriculum tuition at community colleges by 50 cents per credit hour. Directs the UNC General Administration to revise its Enrollment Growth Model resulting in a $5.3 million recurring reduction. Makes it more difficult for families to to qualify for child care subsidies. We will continue to follow the budget discussion. What are yall seeing?
