The NCAA Division I Board of Directors is expected to approve a new governance structure on Friday that will give the Power 5 conferences voting privileges to pass certain legislation and allow their student-athletes to share in the revenue of college sports. Gene Corrigan, who ushered FSU into the ACC, and also served as the NCAA president for two years while he was the ACC commissioner, talked about the ever-changing world of college athletics.
