The NERFC is a consortium of History think tanks and research libraries all over New England. It is managed by Mass Historical Society, and caters to upper levels of education research.. BUT, if you notice the list of institutions mentioned, a little innovation-letters to an individual site-such as Mystic Seaport-may reveal fellowships such as the Paul Cuffe Fellowship.. Worth looking into.. Grant writing is tough, but properly done, is very rewarding..
