The NHLA fundraiser for the family of Paul Comeau brought in over - TopicsExpress

The NHLA fundraiser for the family of Paul Comeau brought in over $8,000, plus another $1,000 from the Civic Action fund. NHLA Chairwoman Eileen Landies generously offered to cover the cost of credit card processing fees, and she brought Karen the check last week. Funds are still coming in and we expect to be sending them at least one more check. There simply arent words to describe this type of support. Now we move on to another fundraiser, on a much smaller scale. Catherine and Chandler Gabel are liberty activists living in Merrimack. About a year ago they had a son, Cornelius, who has had persistent health problems. He appears to have brittle bones which has resulted in multiple broken bones from very simple childhood falls. After repeated tests, their doctor has not yet found a diagnosis and contacted DCYF (child protective services). Under the monumental stress, Chandler has temporarily checked himself into a mental health facility. The NHLA and the Liberty Ladies group are calling for our community to rally around Candy and Chandler during this very difficult period. We are raising a small amount of money to pay for groceries, which will be whipped into delicious meals by Domi OBrien, which we hope will reduce the stress Candy is experiencing right now. Chris Lopez has also created a visitation calendar for both Candy (at home with the baby) and Chandler. If youd like to lend a shoulder, please send an email to chrislopez@gmail to be added to the visitation calendar. https://youcaring/gabel_family
