The NUYU Exercise Of The Week: Lateral Crunches! This exercise is guaranteed to transform your mid section and give you those washboard abs ready for the beach. There are 4 levels of this exercise, the lightest option is off the elbow & knees, the next progressions are off the elbow & feet or off the hand and feet. The more advanced option is adding the crunch to the move. You can see each of the options in the video below. Try doing 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps. Alternate both sides and ensure you choose the right intensity for you! Let me know what you think.
