The NYPDs Stop and Frisk Policy is a request and not a system or service. It is not integrated into the whole of reality or coincidental with that which is always already the case. GCF presumes that all beings are here self-organizing and serving one another. That means by default that all beings have the ability to listen and then behave or in computing or zero-point technology terms, there is an input that goes through a process which produces an output. Input > Process > Output (serving or pushing behavior) NYPDs Stop and Frisk Policy inverts this notion by presuming that it is the only being in the world or reality and that all beings are here serving it. Output > Process > Input (request or pulling behavior) Therefore NYPD is not a service but a request pulling on all other services within the system or reality, always searching for its natural other, always seeking to be served.
