The National Shield is a national club championship competition which takes place annually. Last year 26 clubs took part. Each club presents a panel which consists of 10 images, one per author. The photographers are not allowed to hold any distinction in their work, or have represented the Irish Photographic Federation in international competitions. We are determined to at least be in contention for a place in this years championship. Therefore, we are calling on all members who do not hold a distinction to email your 3-5 very best images to josiahburke@outlook. Even if youre only a new member, feel free to send your images in. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.
