The National Water Commission (NWC) apologises to customers served by the New Forest pumping station in St. Elizabeth, the Whithorn system in Westmoreland and the Barnstaple pumping station in Trelawny, for the continued disruption in their water supply, which is due to challenges at these facilities. Affected areas in St. Elizabeth include: Bull Savannah, Junction, Comma Pen, Nembhard Town, Dunder Hill, Lititz, Green Olive, Lane, Rose Corner, Bent Town, Cheapside and Revitt. The areas affected in Westmoreland include: Whithorn, Caledonia, Darliston, Barneyside, Lambs River, Cornwall Mountain and Belvedere. Affected areas in Trelawny include: Barnstaple, Jackson Town, Westwood, Stewart Town, Jackson Hill and Mahogony Hall. The NWC craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers as the maintenance team works feverishly to resolve the challenges and restore normalcy at the earliest possible time. The NWC regrets any inconvenience caused and assures customers that timely updates will be provided.
