The National Water Commission (NWC) wishes to advise that due to challenges affecting normal operations at the Bogue Treatment plant and the Chester system in St. Ann, some customers in the parish are currently experiencing a disruption in their water supply. Customers are being assured that every effort is being made to resolve these challenges and restore supply by Friday, December 19, 2014. Areas affected include Ocho Rios & surroundings, Content Gardens, Exchange, Bonham Spring, Eltham, St. Ann`s Bay, Windsor Heights, Mammee Bay, Steer Town Housing Schemes 1&2, Port Maria, Trinity, Hamilton Mt, White River and Galina served by the Bogue Treatment Plant, as well as Chester and Spicy Grove served by the Chester system. The NWC regrets any inconvenience caused and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
