The National Weather Service has also upped their snow total forecast as well, and Ill post both their snowier ideas along with my less snowy forecast here. No, not to confuse you, but to highlight different possible outcomes and thinking from different meteorologists. Lets start with their latest snowfall forecast, which again I respect but dont necessarily agree with. While this outcome is possible, this storm would have to thread the needle and several limiting factors would have to be overcome . I do agree with them that the heaviest snow totals will be the farther south you travel, so Cape May county stands to do the best/most in terms of snow. Likewise, snow totals decrease the farther north you travel. Something like what happened with the March 3rd snowstorm. So here is the map of the National Weather Service snow forecast for tonight/tomorrow, again not mine. My next post will have my ideas...and what I think the limiting factors are that may make the snowier outcome tough to accomplish.
