The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a flood warning for the South Fork and North Fork until 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Park County Homeland Security is asking for volunteers as flooding becomes a high probability throughout the next 24 hours. Volunteers are needed for filling and placing sand bags as well as spotting near areas of concern. Areas of concern are portions of the North Fork downstream of Wapiti, and Sections of both the upper and lower South Fork about 15 miles from the city. To volunteer, call Martin Knapp of Park County Homeland Security, 527-1860. For emergencies, call 911.
