The National Weather Service issued a Tropical Storm Watch for Hawaii County today. The storm is currently forecast to make landfall in the Hawaiian Islands as early as Thursday afternoon through late Friday with the possibility of flash flooding, high winds and coastal inundation. We will continue to monitor updates on tropical storm watches for the remaining islands as well as conditions that may extend beyond Friday.
