The Nigeria police can not act as PDP, INEC and Cout of law at the same time police the name without breaking the laws of the nation or being partisian.. If Tambuwal ceased to be Speaker or members of House Rep by the virtue of changing to APC. It is the duty of PDP, whose platform he contested the House of Rep to notify the INEC about the new development. INEC may declare the seat vacant or PDP may go to law court to compel INEC to declare his seat vacant and a new election conducted to replace him. It is just double standard if some PDP governors decamped to APC and post are not declared vacants or replaced until they return or not to PDP, why Tambuwal? What about other reps members who have gone to APC, were they prevented or harrassed on the basis of decamping from PDP to APC from coming to House Rep? Please, why Tambuwal? When peaceful change is impossible, violent change may not be inenvitable. If the G19 in Ekiti State had forced their ways into the house of assembly in Ekiti, Fayose and G7 would used maximum force on them or tear gas them like the policemen stationed at the House of Rep entrance. Sooner or later, this show of shame of PDP that denied Nigeria the right to buy ammunition from USA because of the tendency of abuse of such arms and may lead us to more sanctions, civil disobidience of serious consequence to all and sundry. Nigeria is not Togo or Egypt under Late Gnasingbe Eyadema or Field Marshal Fattah where the state used the security outfit to silence the oppositions. Use of force without recourse to rule of law will create more problems that may precipitate to what led to origin of Arab spring in Tunisia. There should be limit to unwise use of power of incumbent if we are ready to toe line of decency.
