The Noble Quran 2:124 *۞* وَإِذِ ٱبْتَلَىٰٓ إِبْرَٰهِۦمَ رَبُّهُۥ بِكَلِمَٰتٍ فَأَتَمَّهُنَّ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّى جَاعِلُكَ لِلنَّاسِ إِمَامًا ۖ قَالَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِى ۖ قَالَ لَا يَنَالُ عَهْدِى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ And (remember) when Ibrahim’s (Abraham’s) Lord tested him in some matters and he fulfilled them; He said, “I am going to appoint you as a leader for mankind”; invoked Ibrahim, “And of my offspring”; He said, “My covenant does not include the unjust (wrong-doers).” The First Infallible: The Holy Prophet Of Islam, Muhammad Ibn `Abdullah (Peace be on him and his progeny) Name: Muhammad. Title: al-Mustafa. Agnomen: Abul-Qasim. Fathers name: Abdullah ibn Abdi1-Muttalib. Mothers name: Aminah bint Wahb. Birth: Born in Mecca on Friday, 17th Rabiul-awwal, in the Year of Elephant. Death: Died at the age of 63 in Medina on Monday, 28th Safar, 11 AH; buried in his apartment adjoining the mosque, in Medina. Lineal Chart of the Prophets: Adam,Nuh,Ibrahim,Isma`il Ishaq,Banu Hashim, Banu Israil,Musa`,Isa,Muhammad . Lineage The Holy Prophet said: “The first thing God created was my nur (light).” The oldest and noblest tribe in the whole of Arabia was Banu Hashim. They were the descendants of Ibrahim through his son Ismail. The Arabs respected and loved them for their goodness, knowledge and bravery. Abdul-Muttalib `Abdu1-Muttalib was the chieftain of Banu Hashim and lie was also the guardian of the Kabah. Among his ten sons, `Abdullah was the father of the Holy Prophet and Abu Talib was the father of `Ali. Muhammad In Mecca, baby boy Muhammad was born on 17th Rabi’ul-awwal, 570 AD. His father `Abdullah, son of Abdu1-Muttalib, died before he was born and when he was six, he lost his loving mother Aminah bint Wahb. HADITH Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal Masrooq rates that someone asked Abdullah Ibn Masood, O Abaa Abd al-Rahmaan, did you ask the Messenger of Allah how many caliphs will rule this nation?. Abdullah Ibn Masood replied,Yes, we did ask the Messenger of Allah and he replied, Twelve, like the number of chiefs (nuqabaa) of Bani Israel Quran 5:12 And Allah had already taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, and We delegated from among them TWELVE LEADERS And Allah said, I am with you. . . Walaqad akhatha Allahu meethaqa banee isra-eela wabaathna minhumu ITHNAY ASHARA NAQEEBAN.., وَلَقَدْ أَخَذَ اللّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيباً وَقَالَ اللّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنتُم بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللّهَ قَرْضاً حَسَناً لَّأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلأُدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ فَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاء السَّبِيل Translate Ibn kathir 5:12 and We appointed twelve leaders among them. And Allah said: I am with you ... A Jewish man named Nathal, went to the Prophet and among the questions he asked who would succeed him. The Prophet said, specifying them, After me, Ali ibn Abi Talib and then my two sons, Hasan and Husayn and after Husayn, nine Imams will follow from his children. The Jewish man said, Name them. The Prophet said, When Husayn leaves this world, his son, Ali, and after him, his child Muhammad and after Muhammad, his son Jafar and after Jafar, his son Musa and after Musa, his son Ali and after Ali, Muhammad. After Muhammad, his child, Ali and after Ali, Hasan and after Hasan, his child Muhammad al-Mahdi. These are the twelve Imams. (Yanabi al-Muwadat, p. 431). Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith: 9.329 Narrated Jabir Ibn Samura: I heard the Prophet saying, There will be twelve commanders (Amir). He then said a sentence which I did not hear. My father said, the Prophet added, All of them will be from Quraish. In Musnad Ahmad, the tradition is as follows: The Prophet (PBUH&HF) said: There shall be twelve Caliphs for this community, all of them from Quraish. Reference: Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, v5, p106 In Sahih Muslim, the traditions are as follows: Narrated Jabir Ibn Samura: The Prophet (PBUH&HF) said: The matter (life) will not end, until it is passed by twelve Caliphs. Tatlong taon pagkatapos ng pagtatag ng Islam, inutusan ng Allah ang Banal na Propeta (skakaskp) na ipahayag ang kanyang pag-anyaya sa kanyang mga malalapit na kaanak sa Makkah patungo sa Islam sa pamamagitan ng pag-utos: “At balaan ang inyong pinakamalapit na kaanak.” (26:214) tinipon ng Banal na Propeta ang apat-napung myembro ng kanyang tribo, ang Bani Hashim, sa bahay ng kanyang tiyuhin na si Abu Talib at naghanda ng pagkain para sa kanila. Nang matapos silang kumain, ang sabi sa kanila ng Banal na Propeta (skakaskp): “O kayong mga anak ni ‘Abd al-Mutallib! Sa ngalan ng Allah, wala akong alam na kahit sinong tao mula sa pangkat ng mga arabo na nagdala sa kanyang mga tao ng isang bagay na nakahihigit pa kaysa sa dala-dala ko sa inyo. Dinalhan ko kayo ng makakabuti para sa inyo dito sa mundo at sa kabilang mundo, at inutusan ako ng Allah na anyayahan kayo tungkol dito. Kaya, sino ang aking magiging alalay sa pagpunyagi na ito – upang maging aking kapatid, aking tagahalili (khalifa) at tagapagmana?” lahat ay tumangging sumagot maliban kay ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib, na nagsabi: “Ako ang iyong magiging alalay sa pagpupunyaging ito.” Sinabihan siya ng Banal na Propeta (skakaskp) na umupo at inulit ang kanyang katanungan sa pangalawang pagkakataon. Muli, tumayo si ‘Ali, at muli, sinabihan siya ng Banal na Propeta (skakaskp) na umupo. Nang hanggang sa pangatlong pagkakataon, wala pa ring naririnig na kasagutan ang Banal na Propeta mula sa mga tao na nakaupo doon, tumayo muli si ‘Ali at inulit ang kanyang pag-alalay. Sa pagkakataong ito inilagay ng Banal na Propeta (skakaskp) ang kanyang kamay sa paanan ni ‘Ali at sinabihan ang apatnapung katao mula sa kanyang malalapit na pamilya: “Ito ang aking kapatid, aking tagapagmana, at aking tagahalili (khalifa) para sa inyo, kaya pakinggan siya at sundin.” Napatayo ang mga tao at, habang nagtatawanan, sinabihan ang tatay ni ‘Ali: “Inutusan ka ng iyong pamangkin na makinig sa iyong anak at sundin siya.” Share 2 people like this. Salman Galang The Hadith Manzila found in the Sahih Al-Bukhari vol5,book59,no.700 proves that the Shiah believes in the Holy Prophet Muhammad(saw) as the Last and Final Prophet, which is contrary to what the majority Sunni insist.
