The North American education system is pretty much useless. Aside from some classes(I.e. History, economics, geometry, biology and a few others), our system doesnt cover what you need to know for everyday life. Here are a few examples of things that were not taught, but definitely need to be. 1). To properly file your taxes 2). To get a better understanding of the IRS and how it works in case you go in to be a private business man/woman. 3). Not to shop at big chain stores but contribute to the Mom and Pop corner stores and supply shops. 4). Flexing your rights at an illegal traffic stop or knowing your rights in court against false revenue regeneration. 5). Exploring career choices that fit your persona. Being expected to choose a career path when you cant even leave a campus without calling a parent is borderline ridiculous. These are only a few. If you have any positive contribution to this, inquire below. I want to see some more courses or even topics that should be added!
