The North West Saturday Morning League are delighted to announce that The Bentley Bar are the leagues new sponsors for the coming season and the league is delighted to have such a high profile local organisation on board and we would ask all our members and member clubs to support The Bentley when visiting the city centre. The league is moving in to its 50th season and the season will culminate with a Gala Dinner in the City Hotel on Saturday 9th May 2015. The North West Saturday Morning League swings back in to action on Saturday 23rd August celebrating its fiftieth anniversary which will see the season finish with a gala dinner in the City Hotel on the 9th May 2015. There will be only thirty tables available for the dinner and each table seats twelve with a table costing £420 which equates to £35 per person and tables are expected to be sold very quickly so any team wishing to book a table must do so as a matter of urgency as only 27 tables are for sale. The league is also actively seeking a new sponsor to sponsor the league and The League can guarantee any sponsor superb value for money and any interested party should contact Billy Carlin on 07717854884. The league will commence with the Gilfillan Cup Group games and the Groups are listed below. There will be 27 clubs competing for honours this season with eight clubs in the Elite Premier Division, ten clubs in the Championship and nine clubs in the First Division. The Premier Division will consist of Brandywell Celtic, Clifton Villa, Collon Celtic, Creggan Swifts, Du Pont, Phoenix Swifts, Rosemount and the current champions Westbank United. The Championship will consist of Art Deco, Bentley, Hatmore Harps, HML, Newton Heath, Metro, Tamnaherin Celtic, Tristar,Strabane Athletic and Sion Swifts The First Division will consist of Bogside Celtic, City Colts, Clooney, Culmore, Dungiven, Foyle Athletic, Oxford United, Phoenix Athletic Colts and Red Star. Group One; Red Star, Foyle Athletic, Strabane Athletic, Bogside Celtic; Group Two; Hatmore Harps, Sion Swifts, City Colts, Dungiven; Group Three; Oxford United, Du Pont, Brandywell Celtic, Culmore; Group Four; Westbank United, Tamnaherin Celtic, Clooney; Group Five; Metro, Phoenix Athletic Colts, Phoenix Swifts; Group Six; Newton Heath, Bentley, HML; Group Seven; Clifton Villa, Art Deco, Tristar; Group Eight; Collon Celtic, Creggan Swifts, Rosemount; The Draw was also made for the Blue Riband Cup and is; Round One; Bentley v City Colts; Art Deco v Bogside Celtic; Dungiven v Phoenix Athletic Colts; Red Star v Tristar; Strabane Athletic v Sion Swifts; Du Pont v Foyle Athletic, Clifton Villa v Phoenix Swifts; HML v Westbank United; Collon Celtic v Brandywell Celtic, Tamnaherin Celtic v Hatmore Harps; Creggan Swifts v Metro; The following clubs all received byes in to Round Two; Rosemount, Culmore, Oxford United, Newton Heath and Clooney.
