The Norwich Athletic Department will be having a Winter Sports Parent Night on Wednesday, November 6th at 6:00 pm in the Norwich High School auditorium. Parents and student-athletes will meet with Mr. Downey the Athletic Coordinator and Mr. Adam Spence a local Attorney in the Auditorium at 6:00 pm. Then parents will meet with individual coaches in designated areas. Every participating athlete in Varsity, JV, and Modified sports are invited to come with their parent/guardian. The purpose of this meeting is to: • 1. Meet the coaches who will be working with your son or daughter. • 2. Receive an introduction to the new Norwich Athletic Website. • 3. Review Norwich Athletic policies and expectations. • 4. Develop an understanding of sportsmanship expectations. • 5. Ask questions If you attended the fall parent night, you do not have to attend the first part of the winter meeting but you do need to show up for the coaches meeting at 6:30.
