The O.H. was in full effect today. It was a relatively small class today, but that only means more personal attention. Which can be a good thing or a bad thing. If I am hyping with 1000 people or 5, you will get the same intensity from me. With 30 people in class today, it did seem light, but those brave souls worked their tales off. It was a special day, and I promised not to embarrass her during class, but class is over. Today is my moms birthday. Happy Birthday Barbara, a.k.a. Babs. Today she turned......did I say happy birthday yet? We will leave it at that. I will tell you that she held the six minute plank at the end of class with perfect form. Usually it is the parent who says they are proud of their children, but today, I want to take this opportunity to say how proud of her I am. She comes to class every week and works so hard. I have seen such great improvement in her. I love you very much and hope she had a great birthday. I was giving her the business in class today, but it came from love. Hyper Sweat, tomorrow 6pm.
