The Oak Creek Canyon Loop is an easy 1 mile hike in the Los Robles Trail system off of Moorpark Road south to Greenmeadow in Thousand Oaks. Theres a parking area if you drive about half a mile down Greenmeadow. Great to bring the kids on this mostly flat trail with a handicapped accessible portion through a shady oak grove area on the west and dirt trail with small ups and downs before and looping back to the parking area on Greenmeadow. Or you can just go out and back without the loop and explore other sections of Los Robles Trail. (Map courtesy of Conejo Open Space Foundation, which oversees these nicely maintained trails).
