The Obama Administration claimed to have received some 54 BILLION DOLLARS from banks as a penalty for their ponzi-scheme which helped lead to the housing crash. Of that, 300 MILLION was given to the State of Georgia. Here is my question: If everyone still had a loan that was modified, but still will be paying off the same amount as they owed (paying at a lower interest, deferred balance, over a longer period, but SAME BALANCE), where did any of the 300 MILLION go? It paid no part of any of anyones balance owed, so who received it?
