The Obamacare is not a healthcare system , it appears to me to to be an insurance care system . If the government is going to run healthcare ,Why are insurance companies involved. I now have a plan to get the ACA to run without increasing the supply side.(1) For a huge savings we get rid of insurance companies which are no longer needed because the government will pay the bill.(2) We create a similar system as the Navy had in 1965. I was treated well back then. You never see a doctor unless a corpsman(not a corpse man) says so. (3) Triage will be done by navy corpsmen only. If we are going to have death squads, I think the Navy can do this best.(4) We limit the number of children people can have until we have good medical care for all. With these savings and cutting back on the demand, we should be able to achieve the results desired by Obama. As you can see , with a few changes Obamacare will run fine.
