Position : Reservation Associate(RA) Job Profile : •For voice process – Ladies Only; For email process – Ladies or Gentlemen • The team is operational 24x7, hence one is required to work in multiple shifts which includes night shifts • The process is highly sales driven and requires high standards of Quality • The unit has a 5 day week, subject to work needs (employees get paid or earn a compensatory off for each additional day worked) Their primary & key criterion is excellent communication skills. While appearing for a personal round of interview, the following is mandatory for the candidate: 1. Formal attire, either western formals or saree. 2. Properly groomed 3.The candidate must be a graduate or final year student. Process of Selection 1.Short listing of candidates will be done through group discussions and personal interviews 2.Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal round of interview followed by pre-finals and finals 4.A letter of intent will be issued to shortlisted candidates with a final interview clearance clause Gross salary ( including incentives) : Rs.12500 per month Additional : Voice allowance only for voice process.
