The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) posted a notice that Federal Contractors must begin using the 2010 Census Data to develop all AAPs that start on or after January 1, 2014. Prospera now has the 2010 Census Data to help you comply with the OFCCP requirements when completing your AAP. If you started your AAP prior to November 14, you will need to reenter your information to use the new Census Data. The new Census data reflects the most current demographics for recruitment areas to which a company’s employee population is compared to determine if there are any significant differences in representation by race or gender.
