The Office of Student Activities and SGA seek to recognize a student organization each year that has demonstrated true excellence among its peers within the Gaston College and surrounding community. Honorees are considered based upon organizational responses to essay questions and recommendations. This year’s nominees include: Therapeutic Massage Club Cosmetic Art and Science Association Gaston College Art Club Human Services Technology Club Phi Beta Lambda TRiO/SSS Society Gaston College Criminal Justice Club All of these student groups have proven that they are able to serve Gaston’s students and community in a meaningful way and have made significant contributions to the community or beyond during the academic year. This year’s recipient has been able to set goals and work toward achieving them while exhibiting ingenuity and dedication in everything they do.
