The Official Petition Dated 9 August 2014 In accordance with international law the petition is a continuation of Memorandum of Petition dated 9 September 1962 that was submitted to the United Nations in 1962; a process in conjunction with other processes to legally demand the peoples of Sarawak and Sabah their inherent rights to self determination under the United Nations Charter for independence and freedom. The United Nations (Resident Coordinator Michelle Cyles-McDonnough) in Kuala Lumpur has already acknowledged this petition.
