The Old Harbour Development Area Committee in its continued quest to facilitate joined-up-development in seven (7) communities comprising approximately sixty Districts that form the Old Harbour Development Area (OHDA) is inviting all stakeholders including leaders of CDC’s Citizens Associations, Chamber of Commerce and other members of the Business Community, Police , Service, Youth, Sports and Community Clubs, Churches, Schools Principals, Parish Councilors, Justices of the peace, Media, Government, Agencies, Non Government Organizations to a very important meeting scheduled for Wednesday June 4, 2014, @ 5:30 pm @ the Lions Civic Centre, Old Harbour. Matters to be discussed include: 1. The Colbeck Castle development –the catalyst for community tourism in our area. 2. The establishment of Safe community initiative 3. Business community integration/ strengthen of OH Chambers Commerce 4. The launch of the Old Harbour development Fund (OHDF) 5. Upcoming activities It is imperative that at least two representative from your organization attend to ensure the full engagement and participation of the widest cross section of leadership in order to facilitate effective information dissemination.
