The Ottawa 67’s announced Thursday that they have signed winger Connor Graham to a contract. His rights were acquired in a trade last week with the Saginaw Spirit. Graham was drafted in the sixth round in 2012 by Saginaw, but decided to play in Austria last season. “Connor is a skilled player who we believe will become a productive point-producer over his time in the OHL,” 67’s head coach and general manager Chris Byrne said in a statement. “He is a 1996 birth-year player who will compete with our returning players for ice time and opportunity next season. We look forward to seeing Connor in a 67’s uniform.” Connor first played with the RedBull Salzburg’s under-18 team last season, getting 13 goals and 13 assists in 23 games. He then moved up to Salzburg’s under-20 team, where he had six assists in 11 games.
