The PA walked into the examining room an hour and forty minutes after my scheduled appt. and asked, How are you? Big mistake! I told her. and she said she didnt have anything to do with scheduling that it was all handled up front. I replied that maybe she should! I told her that if they were scheduling too many people at the same time or scheduling patients too close together it resulted in backups and reflected badly on the Dr. and his office. She ended up telling me that was why she left her last Dr. and hugged me before I left. It was 5:30 before I left after having labs done and a flu shot. They literally locked the door behind me. Dont you know they were glad to see me go?
