The PME Diploma Courses & Masters Certificate are internationally recognised awards, designed specifically for those who enjoy making & decorating cakes This particular course covers Royal Icing. It runs for 5 weeks (one day each week) During the duration of this course you will learn; -Basic Techniques -Coating, Templates, Scroll Borders -Runout Collars & Extension Borders -Brush Embroidery, Lace Designs, Runout Motifs -Cake Balance, Multi Tiered Cakes -Packaging, Transport & Delivery Costs -Pricing Guidelines -Delivery Charges -Assembly & Presentation The total cost is €375 which is inclusive of a PME starter pack with an estimated RRP of €60 (we are only charging €25 for the pack) A €175 deposit is required to secure your place. Or if you prefer, you can pay the full ammount off in installments Everything is included in the price even a delicious lunch each day.
