The POTUS was just speaking on his plan for stability in Africa. He said I will urge my replacement to continue this plan. The same POTUS that dropped the Status Of Forces Agreement in Iraq put forward by the last administration so Iraq would have some stability from our sacrifice. Its terrible enough to think about all my friends I lost over there and for him to drop the ball right where it was and leave. The Iraqi Prime Minister was throwing Sunnis in jail after the announcements and before the US troops were on planes to leave. And now the Commander and Chief doesnt need the seasoned veteran troops anymore so hes kicking out the mid -career officers and enlisted so they cant retire. (But check with the VA for you disabilities from combat.) At least all the generals get to stay. We need them to develop more sound talking points to justify their existence. We have the most generals now than any other period since World War II.
