The POWER of UNITY can never be challenged as such UNITY POWER CLUB is building people of like minds to pull resources together as we move forward in this changing world. The power of one new person will bring us closer to our GOAL. UNITY POWER is going to be the platform on which we can organize and unlock the hidden potentials of all who connect with the organization. Individually we all want to help in our own small way yet it will take a collective effort to see any change. Howerver, the value of people working together creates much more than a simple sum of the actions of the individuals involved. Leadership and much hard work is required to organize and mobilize a large group for a common course.It will take skills that are very different from what most of us are used to. Following an existing road is much easier than opening a new road on which members can travel. In fact, forging such new paths ensures collective work. Finding and nurturing the people who are willing to open these roads and create new avenues of opportunities not only for themselves but whoever connects to the organization. I am aware of the pitfalls of organizing large groups of people with inherent human traits that must be recognized as well as generally competing emphasis and interests. They range from excessive need for personal recognition and independence, strong individualism, emotional neediness and dependence, to the friction resulting from diversity of backgrounds and conflicting interests. Thus, it will be important to balance task and process. There will be new strategies and lots to share with one another. Groups must learn to accomodate one another and be willing to help in anyway we can to improve one anothers life. PLAN: - Building networks - Developing the ENTREPRENUER.
