The PTi govt is going to promulgate a new LG law in Pakhtun khwa , the draft law is prepared and will be adopted before the Provincial Assembly for its approval the proposed law is derogatory of Article 140A of the constitution of 1973 which enumerates that all the Provinces shall by law establish a lcal govt system and devolve , decentralise political , administrative and financial authority and responsibility to the elected representatives of the local goats at the gross root level but the PTI govt intends to retain the powers at Provicoal level , it will definitely create problems for the general masses . The people of Pakhtunkhwa shall stand and protest against the govt on this issue and shall strive for devolution , decentralization of powers at the gross root level.
