The Paleo Way TV series launches tomorrow across Australia on Channel 7. We have 8 episodes in total and we will be screening 2 episodes per weekend over the next 4 weeks. Our episodes are as follows...and in no particular order (as I am unsure of how they are rolling out!) The Hunter (meat) The Gatherer (vegetables) Go Wild (seafood) Bones, Broths & Babies Bread & Treats Fermentation (kefir, kim chi, sauerkraut) Chicken & Egg Paleo 101 We feature about 4-5 recipes per episode with special guests that share vital information. We will have all the recipes plus a whole lot more available with the Paleo Way 10 week activation program as well full length interviews with our special guests including.... The link below is for our hunter episode...we didnt get time to really hunt, as that is coming in series 2, but we visited Tasmania and met the farmers that are passionate about raising their cattle on grass...they actually call themselves GRASS farmers as that is what they focus on. We also have Dom from GRUB- Grass Roots Urban Butchery cooking the best and easier lamb dish I have ever had the pleasure of eating!
