The Palestinian Authority, Fatah and the PLO drop their Arab - TopicsExpress

The Palestinian Authority, Fatah and the PLO drop their Arab nationalist secular facades and come out as full blown Islamist supremacists: Abbas advisor on Religious and Islamic Affairs, Mahmoud Al-Habbash: All of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, including its plazas, stone benches, prayer niches and walls, including the blessed Western Wall - all these are waqf (i.e., an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law) to us. All this is holy land, a country that was conquered from the infidels and which must pay a tax, and no one is permitted to sell it or negotiate over it or forfeit it. It is ours and will remain ours. The occupation is the one that will leave. [Official PA TV, Nov. 7, 2014] The entire land of Palestine is [Islamic] waqf and is blessed land... it is prohibited to sell, bestow ownership or facilitate the occupation of even a millimeter of it. [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 22, 2014] What are we [Fatah and Hamas] divided about? Do we disagree about Jerusalem, for example? [Do we] disagree about liberating Palestine from the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea? [Official PA TV, Sept. 26, 2014] All this [Western Wall and Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza] is holy land... no one is permitted to sell it or negotiate over it or forfeit it. It is ours and will remain ours. The occupation [Israel] is the one that will leave. [Official PA TV, Nov. 7, 2014] The entire land of Palestine is waqf (i.e., an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law) and is blessed land. [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 22, 2014] The Palestinian national reconciliation [between Fatah and Hamas] - how long will arguments and struggles over matters concerning the interests of the Palestinian people, and especially the Gaza Strip, continue?... What are we [Fatah and Hamas] divided about? Do we disagree about Jerusalem, for example? [Do we] disagree about liberating Palestine from the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea? Disagree about what? What do they disagree about? About a minister responsible for a certain area, about a clerk who needs a job? Issues like these, my brothers, the things, for Allahs sake, all these small [issues] are meaningless compared to the interests of the public. [Official PA TV, Sept. 26, 2014] The following is the Hamas Charter, Article 11: The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic waqfconsecrated for future Moslem generations until Judgment Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up. Neither a single Arab country nor all Arab countries, neither any king or president, nor all the kings and presidents, neither any organization nor all of them, be they Palestinian or Arab, possess the right to do that. Palestine is an Islamic waqf land consecrated for Moslem generations until Judgment Day. This being so, who could claim to have the right to represent Moslem generations till Judgment Day?
