The Palestinians are trying to get Christians to side with them by using analogies like Christ at the checkpoint and portraying Jesus as a Palestinian martyr. The truth is, Jesus was Jewish. And if he tried to get to Bethlehem today, he wouldnt be allowed in because the PA does not allow Jews in their territory. If he made his way into Gaza he would be lynched to death, because no Jews are allowed in Gaza. And if he tried to make his way to the Hajj, to Iraq (Babylonia), or Iran (Persia), he would never get there, because once again, no Jews allowed. But its not only Jews. Christians are persisted in the Middle East, live as abused minorities, and pay extra taxes to their Muslim hosts throughout the Middle East. Israel is the ONLY country in the Middle East where Christians live as equals, with full rights. There are 8 millions Jews in the Middle East (in israel) and hundreds of millions of Arabs....who is the true minority??? Soooo, next time you hear about Christ at the Checkpoint, remember the truth; he would have bee a minority in the Middle East and hated by the Arabs if he was alive today. As you celebrate New Years, remember how if Jesus were alive today, he would not even be allowed in Nazareth.
