The Parkerville Tavern Family Fun Day This event was a huge success last year and this year will be bigger and better with heaps of activities for all the family to enjoy, including live music, a great selection of kids entertainment and sheep shearing! The event will kick off at 11am and run till 3pm. Bring the whole family up to the hills for a lovely afternoon at The Parkerville Tavern. This much loved family pub and restaurant is located in the heart of the Perth Hills. It is surrounded by a wooded valley, which boasts numerous walking and bike tracks - making it a great destination for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Some of the event highlights include a special live set by the amazing Junkadelic Brass Band, while the kids can enjoy The Drippy the Dragon Show, The Amazing Mr. Jim Magic Show as well as an interactive jamming session with Junkadelic, bouncy castle and face-painting. For lunch, children under 12 can enjoy a wood fired pizza and ice cream special for $15. Meanwhile parents and other family members can opt for one of the The Parkerville Taverns pub food classics. Look out for the Pop-up Popcorn Bar too! Just a little note: We will not be taking table reservations for this event, as it is on a first come, first served basis. However, theres heaps of room and heaps of tables! We dont mind if you want to bring a blanket though and set up a little spot on the lawn, but please no picnic baskets!
