The Parkside Produce Make your own Elderflower Cordial Course is on Wednesday 4 June from 12.30-2.30pm at PPHQ! It is £20 and I have 4 places left. You will need to bring: 40 elderflower heads, a sharp knife and a vegetable peeler! I will provide the citric acid, lemons, oranges, and sugar as well as the bottles and other equipment. You will take away a couple of bottles of cordial, the instruction sheet, some more citric acid and a couple more empty bottles with lids so you can make some more at home.
