The Parliament of the Commonwealth was, in my opinion, a dream for many of us and those who preceded us Australians. In fact I think the Commonwealth itself is just a legend now. Today every country is a company, or managed as such. What happens when 2 companies merge? They increase their market share and cut the fat. What happens when 11 companies merge? They increase their market share and cut the fat.
