The Pastoral Leadership Team shares our vision to engage our Chester County community and highlights a few upcoming events at CCC that you wont want to miss: CCC Crock Pot Chili Challenge is this Sunday, August 3 – head to the Main Lobby after any of our services to sample the chili recipies of our congregation and vote for the winner, whos recipe will represent Christ Community at the 12th Annual West Chester Chili Cook-off in October! 5K for Freedom – We are holding our first-ever 5K at CCC on Saturday, September 13. Proceeds are going to benefit International Justice Missions (IJM) in their efforts to end human trafficking. A very important issue, and a great way to get involved! See 5K4FreedomWC.org/ for information and to register. August 31 Outdoor Services – For the 2nd year in a row, we will hold Outdoor Services on our front lawn this Labor Day weekend. Be sure to note the changed service times; we are offering 2 services, at 9:00 and 10:15. We cant wait to see you (and your family, neighbors and friends) there!
