Mike Murdock WORD OF THE DAY: Who is not against us is for us Master, said John, we saw someone casting out demons in your name and tried to stop him, because he was not one of us. Do not stop him, Jesus said. No one who does a miracle in my name, can speak evil of me right then for whoever is not against us is for us. I tell you the truth, anyone who gives them a glass of water in my name, for you belong to Christ, so no lose his reward. (Mark 9.38-41;). 1) - [Jesus said] I am the resurrection and the life. He that believeth in me, though he die, shall he live, and whoever lives and believes in me shall never die. You believe that? . (John 11:25). REFLECTION: This is the hardest question you never answer. You really believe that? Do you believe that when you died with Christ in baptism through faith, you died the most significant death? That their physical death will not separate you from Jesus? Everything in life and in eternity depends on this single question. 2) - My God, according to his riches, will meet all your needs in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19). REFLECTION: What is your need? Account pro Lord God, who can meet all your needs. Each person has a different need, but know that God is opening the victory door for you and the door that God opens no one can shut. The Bible says that weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Trust in God that this darkness of night will pass and a new day will dawn in your life. Is emerging in your life a new day of peace and joy! All people need something, but there are needs that are difficult to be resolved, cases that only God can enter providence. When he comes, he will convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment (John 16: 8).. When we meet people unbelievers, obviously we want to bring them to faith in Christ. However, as they live their lives by breaking the laws of God in every way, we see that they seem to have no sense of guilt, remorse, nor any science that are involved in violations. Therefore, we strive to help the Holy Spirit in an attempt to bring them to life. Mothers are especially effective in this area. So we have to be careful in the zeal to reach people we do not know for Christ. We should not disrupt the work of the Holy Spirit, for unknowingly we may turn away unbelievers to further. The Old Testament is full of stories of fighting and the people of Israel wars with enemy nations. Especially when we read the book of Judges, we see the many strategies that had the who led the people. Almost always came out winners and, of course, at all times God was behind the victory. But there is one episode in particular that draws a lot of attention. When Gideon prepares the people to fight against the Midianites, there were about 32,000 Israeli soldiers. God tells Gideon that it was too many people (v 2). They are then reduced to 10 000 and finally 300 men only. Depending on the situation, 300 men would give a good regiment to account for a fight. The question was on the other side there were thousands of enemies; were numerous as swarms of locusts. Their camels were countless as the sand of the sea. Humanly speaking, 300 men could not do anything in that situation. But we do not just talk about human resources to resolve a situation - the proof is that God provided at that time an extraordinary deliverance, beyond military strategy imaginable. The following section reports that more than 120 thousand of the enemy were killed. God used only 300 men to make this possible. To solve the struggles of our lives, often pitched in with massive armies and the various strategies, but unfortunately let the Lord out.
