The People declare that force of arms has been levied against US outside of the civil authorities that were granted so that war was levied upon the citizens under the fundamental laws of this civil form of constitutional government, By a conspiracy which has contaminated our Internal Revenue Service, with terrorism being directed at the employers of this government. ALL IRS agents and employees who conspired with or acted under the arbitrary power wielded as an outlaw by Lois Lerner are hereby placed under citizens arrest. Charged with levying war on civil authorities, which are constitutionally, secured to the citizen of the United States, through conventions of the people in at least 3/4s of the states. The right to be secure in our legal properties has been warred upon by domestic enemies of the United States.
