The People vs Red October Sipho Singiswa, with the support of Mail & Guardian is running a campaign, The People vs Red October, which targets the White ethnic group of South Africa, with the signaling out of the Afrikaans speaking ethnic group. The campaigns actions incites racism, hate speech and violence against the White ethnic group of South Africa. Assembly, demonstration, picket and petition 18. Freedom of association 19. Political rights 21. Freedom of movement and residence 30. Language and culture 31. Cultural, religeous and linguistic communities 36. Limitation of rights A complaint have been submitted to the SAHRC and the following outcome have been deemed fair and just: 1. Removal of the social page. 2. Apology from the Mail & Guardian. 3. The person (and/or affiliation) to be given a written warning to cease and desist human rights violations, with proof published in the Mail & Guardian and all national media.
