The Peoples Climate March on Sunday, September 21 in New York City is shaping up to be the biggest climate march in history! Thousands of people will be going up to New York to participate in the march to show that we care about our climate, our communities, and our futures! World leaders including President Obama will be meeting in the city for the 2014 UN Climate Summit. This is our chance to show international leaders that we demand global climate action. We are coming together to show the world that our Greater RVA community cares about climate action! I want to invite you to join the local efforts right here in Richmond to get as many folks as possible from our area up to New York City. We have booked a bus and have started recruiting efforts.
