The Plan Commission will be hosting another public forum next week as they review Title 10 zoning changes. Please attend to learn more about changes that might come to Lake Mills and have your voice heard! From the Plan Commission: Lake Mills Business Community, Lake Mills Main Street Members, Interested Members of the Public, City of Lake Mills Plan Commission has re-opened Chapter 2 of the proposed City Zoning Ordinance update for Public Discussion. Your views are important and the Plan Commission welcomes your participation. There will be two Public Discussion sessions in City Council Chambers, 200 Water Street, 2nd floor on Tuesday, June 25: 5:30 to 6:30 PM - Outdoor Storage (RVs, trailers, boats, firewood) Driveway Regulations Off-Street Parking Standards and Loading Facilities 6:30 to 7:00 PM - Boathouses and Shoreline Regulations (city riparian owners were sent notifications) We encourage residents, businesses and organizations to visit the City website and look at proposed regulations pertaining to your properties, business or organizational operations. What do you think of the regulations that have been drafted? Materials for the discussions will soon be posted. Visit ci.lake-mills.wi.us. Type “Plan Commission” in the Search box in the upper right-hand corner, click “Plan Commission Meeting Documents,” and then “June 2013 - Public Discussions.” The “Plan Commission Meeting Documents” tab also includes a “Zoning & Subdivision Code Language Request” form.
