So far in 2013 the Planned Maintenance Team have ………… • Replaced 106 bathrooms • Replaced 248 kitchens • Carried out external decorations on 23 estates • Externally decorated Le Marais high-rise • Serviced windows at Le Marais high-rise • Controlled asbestos removal from Lord Coutanche Court • Improved the thermal efficiency of 8 estates by upgrading the cavity wall insulation • Improved the thermal efficiency of 5 more estates by upgrading the loft insulation • Installed new windows and doors in properties at Belmont Road, Dorset Mews & Old St Johns Road • Installed new lifts at Liberation Court & Brighton Close • Fitted new emergency lighting systems on 5 estates Work of this nature is key for us to bring homes up to decent homes standards and ensure that they are maintained to that standard to prolong the life of your homes.
