The Planning Application 14/01211 for 700 New Homes in Scholes has been refused by Leeds City Council Plans Panel yesterday. You can read the full decision document on line here. A big thank you to all residents who supported the Parish Council in our campaign against the application, by sending your objection letters, delivering leaflets and attending the various meetings and drop sessions we held.
