I am just amazed at the results from my 1st 5 weeks! I have gone from an ALL DAY DR.PERRPER DRINKER to an ALL DAY WATER DRINKER. I was very skeptical because I could not function without my Dr Pepper and the caffeine. Boy, was I wrong! By the 4th day I didnt even want a soda. I am sleeping so good too. I am one of those that my brain never turns off so going to sleep was very difficult and I would wake frequently at night just restless and had a hard time getting out of the bed in the morning.
