The Police Community Relations Group in partnership with the MNK Foundation, Inc is recommending to take necessary actions in anticipation to the entry of storm “YOLANDA” expected on 07 November (Update as of today 06 NOV 4:00 AM, the eye of typhoon with international name “HAIYAN” was located at 1,560 km East of Mindano (07.4ºn, 140.7ºe) with maximum sustained winds of 120 KPH and gustiness of up to150 KPH. It is forecast to move west at 30 KPH. Be ALERT and PREPARE the EMERGENCY KIT (Water, Food, Flashlight, Transistor Radio, Batteries, First Aid Kit, Mobile Phones, Money and Important Documents). Monitor the TV/Radio, Facebook, Twitter and SMS for the regular updates of the storm from your local LGUs, NDRRMC, DRRMCs, PNP and Pag-asa. Know aslo the evacuation centers nearest you.
